As a newly constructed home approached the final stages before hitting the market, the concrete walkways, entrance areas, and porch were marred by discolored, rough surfaces. To elevate the home’s visual appeal, MIGHTYTOP was enlisted to revitalize these areas. We expertly smoothed the rough patches and utilized a 1/16th Pecan flake and topped with two durable coats of polyurethane. This transformation not only improved the rough surfaces in the concrete but also ensured an inviting first impression for potential buyers.
